Chapter Change: Aaron & Yuka

There are things we know how to do instinctively such as eating, sleeping, and breathing, but selling a house is not typically one of them.

Aaron and Yuka had some chapter changes happening in their lives as many of us do,  and decided their house needed to be sold to successfully transition to the next phase. Aaron and Yuka’s property was on the market for 144 days with another brokerage before the Heritance Team was asked to assist them.

Everything changed once the Heritance Team entered the picture.  The daunting venture hadn’t diminished, but the Heritance Team’s professionalism and resources helped kick start what had been a stagnant and frustrating process up to that point.

Acting as both Agent and cheerleader, the Heritance Team helped Aaron and Yuka survive the long hard road and did what Aaron called “unimaginable”--selling the house for the right price and on the right timetable. Aaron and Yuka could now move on and were pleased that we were able to help them achieve their objectives.
