In this month’s Success Series, the focus is on three couples who were ready to transition from one home and simultaneously buy a new one. Each family had many things in common. They were emotionally prepared to sell their cherished homes where they had worked diligently to raise independent adults.  These grown children had now left to create their own lives and families. The couples, while excited to generate new memories with their thriving children and active grandchildren, were eager to maintain smaller residences.

What if they were to find their new dream homes before selling their old ones?  How could they keep the details and intricacies of both transactions separate, but still achieve the best outcomes for each?

The Heritance Team worked collectively to help these couples achieve their goals.  As the Listing Specialist, Jonathan listed each home and used his formidable negation skills to sell at the highest price. Melanie acted as the Buyers Specialist. She consulted with each couple and helped them articulate their needs and wants for their new homes.  Jill, the Transaction Coordinator, managed the paperwork and ensured that communication was kept consistent and clear.

One of the couples said this about the Heritance Team: "We couldn't have dreamed for a better team.  They were available when we needed them and walked us through every critical detail."
