Downsizing: Janice
Tragedy often strikes in multiples of three. When Janice first moved to North Texas, her husband had recently passed away from leukemia, her daughter was experiencing a painful divorce, and Janice became very sick and underwent surgery.
While recuperating, Janice knew she could no longer live alone. Janice and her daughter decided to combine households.
Enter the Heritance Team.
Simultaneously selling two properties, researching available listings, and coordinating a closing could have been an intimidating prospect, but the Heritance Team stayed on top of everything. Both houses sold quickly and the Heritance Team found the perfect home to suit Janice’s new situation.
Thanks to the Heritance Team, Janice is focusing on three blessings: family, feeling better, and the future.
Janice says:
“When I moved to the area, my husband had just passed away from leukemia and my daughter was going through a difficult divorce. In February of that year I became very sick and ended up needing surgery. After this I knew I was going to need help and couldn’t live alone any longer. My daughter had since re-married and so we both sold our homes and purchased a new one where we could all live together so that I could get the help I needed.
My daughter was already working with Jonathan to sell her old home and look for a new one, so it was only natural to have him sell my home as well. The timing was right and because of my trust in Jonathan I knew I just didn’t have to worry. Both of our homes sold very quickly, and we soon purchased a house that Jonathan had found.
I don’t know how to express what a help Jonathan was. He followed through with everything was on top of everything. When there was a question, he was able to answer it and handle any jobs required on our home very quickly. Both of our homes sold very fast and this home is exactly what we needed for everybody.
He did a really good job. I’ve known Jonathan for over 11 years now and he is a very special person. I felt so good about him handling everything for me."
