Estate Management: Kurt & Connie
At their mother’s passing, Kurt, and his sister Connie, were named co-executors of her estate. The death of a loved one is an extremely difficult time for those left behind, but affairs must be handled. The fact that Kurt and Connie lived states apart from each other complicated an already intense situation. Their mother’s home needed to be sold. The Heritance Team strove to ease this part of their burden and felt honored to serve them during this emotional transition. Kurt stated, “We had not been through a situation like this before and were wondering how to get it all done. We were also concerned about selling the house when both of us lived a great distance away. Jonathan assured us that he had sold houses in this type of situation and that he would help out in our absence. And help he did! All things were above and beyond what we expected.” The Heritance Team’s willingness to go the extra mile gave Kurt and Connie a sense of confidence and peace. Kurt continued, “We could not have sold Mom’s house in such a short period of time without his professional, caring, and expert direction. I have no reservation in referring his services to others.”
