Leases: Jeff & Katie

For November’s Success Series, we focus on Katie and Jeff, who were relocating to North Texas from Alaska.  Katie would be starting work as a nurse.  Jeff is a full-time student. And they have an active baby boy.  As a busy young family, they needed a rental within a certain price range, with close proximity to family already living in the area, and easy access to Katie’s work in Richardson. Not knowing the area, they worried about finding the right home in a secure neighborhood while sticking to their budget.

Melanie and Jill from the Heritance Team took a very personal approach and carefully considered Katie and Jeff’s needs and wants for their home.  They were impressed with Melanie’s knowledge of the market and how she guided the Texas newcomers on things to look for in Texas properties.  They also appreciated Jill’s timely communication to help them stay on top of the rental process.
