Life Balance: Tegan & Marty

This month brings a fun Success Story we hope you enjoy!

Tegan and Marty were sent our way by our referral partner agent in Austin. They were living in the North Texas area where Marty is employed but Tegan’s job requires her to work from home, attend meetings in Dallas, and have access to a local airport for work-related travel. They are a really cool couple who love to go to restaurants and clubs, attend the local farmers market or street fair, or entertain their many friends at home with live music and great food. How do they find a house to call home that would allow for an easy commute? Have the sense of community that were looking for? Have a space for a work-at-home office and awesome kitchen?

Fortunately, Melanie was able to locate the perfect home in McKinney, close enough to the fabulous McKinney Town Square to allow for weekend brunch and festivals and with an easy commute for each of them. Across the street from the home is a community pool and even a neighborhood lake!  The large open kitchen, covered backyard patio and over-sized corner lot allow for great parties and even has a place for their awesome chicken statue!!!
