Luxury New Build: Matthew & Amy

Matt and Amy were leaving their beautiful, upscale home out of state to relocate to Frisco for Matt’s new position. With this being Amy’s first time living outside of her home state, she was searching for a floor plan that would remind her of their gorgeous house but would also ease the family into Texas living.

The Heritance Team assessed and carefully considered Matt and Amy’s active lifestyle, tastes, and needs.  While they are empty-nesters, their two grown sons and their families would be visiting often. Accessing his vast knowledge of the Frisco area, Jonathan of the Heritance Team presented Matt and Amy with multiple suggestions of local communities that incorporated their search requests. Matt and Amy ultimately decided to build a luxury home with immediate access to all that Frisco has to offer.
