Relocation: Brian & Tammie

The Heritance Team coached them through every step. The initial interview helped their family determine their exact home needs, and the team’s helpful website allowed them to do extensive research while they were still in Connecticut.  Jonathan and his team narrowed down a list of possible homes, and because Tammie and Brian weren’t sure when they’d actually visit the area, the Heritance Team worked tirelessly to keep that list updated daily to remove homes that had been sold and add homes that fit the their specific criteria as new properties came on the market.

Being so far away in Connecticut, their family might have understandably felt a bit anxious, but they were comfortable asking their questions at any time via e-mail, text, or phone call. Tammie actually sent an e-mail on Easter Sunday not expecting a response until the next day. She had her answer in minutes.

This was the their 5th home-buying experience and by far the best because of Jonathan and his team. Due to all of their effort before Tammie and Brian had ever set foot in Texas, they felt they were looking at homes with a friend, not a real estate agent.
