Edgard and Sarita had a dream. They really wanted to open and operate their own bridal shop where she could share her talents, and in order to do that they needed to find the funding. Fortunately, they had a rental property that they had decided to sell for the proceeds to fulfill this dream. After discussing with Jonathan, we decided the money they would have spent to fix it up and the difference would have been about the same as if we would have sold it AS IS.

Ultimately, there were 12 offers on the property (five of which were cash bids) and it sold for over the listed price. We were able to get more than we thought we could. Jonathan was very straight forward and honest with us, letting us know where the market was and the reality for our property was. He was able to give us advice on what would be wise but then ultimately let us decide what we wanted to do. We would definitely use him again or recommend him to any of our friends.”
